Configure your messages
Open NearbyPulse Settings to manage activity templates, store announcements, nearby-city radius, cooldown time, display duration, and message frequency.

Open the Analytics page inside NearbyPulse to review message displays, activity sources, top products, and displayed-city insights.
Troubleshooting
Quick answers
NearbyPulse is installed, but I don't see messages on my product page.
First, confirm that the NearbyPulse theme app block has been added to the active product template in your Shopify theme editor.
Also confirm that NearbyPulse is enabled in Settings. Message frequency and cooldown rules can prevent a message from appearing repeatedly during testing.
Try testing from a private or incognito browser window if you have recently viewed the same product multiple times.
Why doesn't a message appear every time I refresh the product page?
NearbyPulse includes cooldown and frequency controls so shoppers are not shown the same type of message too often.
You can adjust these settings from the NearbyPulse Settings page.
Can I create my own store messages?
Yes. You can create merchant-controlled store announcements such as returns information, delivery notices, promotions, or other helpful product-page messages.
Can I control which city NearbyPulse displays?
NearbyPulse can use nearby-city context according to the location radius and display settings configured by the merchant.
Where can I manage my NearbyPulse subscription?
NearbyPulse uses Shopify App Pricing. Subscription approval, billing, trial information, and plan management are handled through Shopify.
How much does NearbyPulse cost?
NearbyPulse costs $4.99 USD every 30 days and includes a 7-day free trial.
Does NearbyPulse require theme code changes?
No. NearbyPulse uses a Shopify theme app extension and can normally be added through the Shopify theme editor without manually editing theme code.
